easy business location close to malls and convenience stores, the bus station, and the onsite night clubs and bars. the staff were diligent, the room was reasonably priced and neat with an extra single bed squashed in, mini bar, for example.

There was a horribly hard bed.

When I encountered technical problems several times, the staff was immediately responsive each time. The cleaning staff was very good, ANWARUL was doing their job very well.

The mattress wasn't comfortable at all! I could feel the springs when I was sleeping. I stayed there 5 nights

Clean and spacious room very good - Location in front of the exceptional metro without noise - breakfast not very varied very local. In general everything is excellent!

Small detail on the drain of the uncleaned sink ! and some mould on the joints of the bathtub

I am sorry, I did not like the stay at the hotel. The pictures atleast showed that the rooms are pretty decent, but when I arrived at the hotel. The room had black scratches, something that kids do in their homes!!! Your prices are reasonable, but atleast the rooms and services should be good and comfortable. Which now I regret staying at your hotel and should have added some pennies more and stayed at something where I could sleep peacefully. The air condition is only and only in the corridor! That means if someone is feeling cold he cannot get it swtiched off, because other people as well might need it! Which is not at all fair and not even mentioned on your website!!!!!

Excellent location near the metro and malls, but the rude staff interaction significantly tarnished my experience. The room was not as advertised and had maintenance issues.

It's great affordable and incredibly beautiful hotel with efficient staff in night shift. Great restaurant which serve breakfast lunch and dinner.

Very tired - in much need of a makeover...electrics were extremely suspect with things like lamps wired into sockets and double adapters used for TV and mini fridge. Very little or NO air-con - no controls whatsoever i the room to control what little air was coming in. Bathroom had piles of dirty fluff in the corners, although bed linen and towels were clean. No restaurant facilities on site and staff had no local knowledge of where we could get breakfast on our early morning arrival. Numerous comings and goings throughout the night and disco music could be clearly heard until around 3am !!

Reception staff was unhelpful and rude.

They are changing the price every hours and they dont care about their clients or their image . I stayed their 8 nights with 5 different prices at the same room

Bad rooms, dirty floors, poor bathroom, hard beds ( Chinese beds ) , air- condition cannot be controlled seems is central control during night is so cold ) , croakers present in room, loud from bars is very high until late maybe 3 morning almost not possible to sleep, loud speaking people at the corridors all the night. Internet is paid and very slow . my advice : Look for another hotel if you want to feel good in Dubai.

The modern fitness center had all the equipment I needed and was never crowded.

The air conditioning was centralized and could not be adjusted individually, causing discomfort.

The room condition and its facilities, including hot water supply and lights, air-con. The room should have been renovated long time ago as it was too run down and lack of maintenance.
